About Myles McMahon

Broker Owner McMahon Phillips R.E. - My Client-First Philosophy

Luckily my clients have been very loyal to me over the years and have helped me achieve a level of success in Real Estate I once only hoped for. I've been honored to receive the Masters Club Outstanding Life award and have led my office in sales figures every year since 2004. I also was lucky to be chosen to do an episode of House Hunters, please don't look it up it's embarrassing.

That said, in my experience as a Sacramento real estate professional, I've found putting my clients first is everything. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. In other words I actually answer my phone.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.

The McMahon's live in Wilton near Dillard Elementary school where our youngest Chase attends. Johnny is a Freshman at Pleasant Grove (2020). Kennedy graduated from ASU and Spencer is a freshman at Boise State. We play soccer, football, lacrosse and tennis. We also breed and race Thoroughbreds in our spare time.
